我baidu了一下明白了，同时谢谢楼上的帮助：）
A同意前要通知 B
但是如果B也是nominee那么也要通知A
那么如果同时是nominee的话，则两个都不可能提前通知对方，所以选E
哈哈 终于理解了 同时分享一下给也在困惑的童鞋~嘿嘿
