Hi my friend, and thanks for your question. I understand your concern but first off, I have to tell you that this is just a PENDING proposal. Nothing about the H1B policy has changed whatsoever. The government currently offers a 20,000 H1B quota for advanced degrees and 65,000 for common ones. Even if the new policy with more quotaswere in place, you would still be much better off when compared to the current application. Let me know if you have any more questions, and I hope this helps!

Hi there, and thanks for the follow up! Honestly, the general job market for international students isn’t that great, especially given the increasing number of international students studying in the States over the past few years. The only thing I can tell you is that STEM students (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) have a better chance at finding a job and getting hired. In comparison, management and business majors have a much harder time. Of course, I can tell that you are more interested in marketing and management, and not math or tech. This just means that it will be a little harder for you to find a job after graduation. The best thing to do right now is to choose your favorite major, work hard, and build you network connections from day one. As a marketing or management major, this is the best way to greatly improve your chances for finding a great job later on. Hope this helps!
