我觉得
D好像是在加强plan可以被实施，因为去年M已经是前三，而且前三占了大部分的sales。这说明未来可以发展。如果你是老板，看到今年的业绩不错，明年当然还会继续expand。你说得饱和是你的假设且你的主观意向，这是万万不可的。
E多说了去年即使price下降了，sales还下降。如果你是老板，你还会继续expand production吗？  of course not

D其实是在support文中的观点，并没有体现出饱和的意思
E则说明了就算整体的market走势是好的，在这种情况下，你的手机销量都在下降，那你expand production就是没有意义的
