看到weaken，先知道方法：找寻它因所致，和断桥法使前提推不出结论来
本题：失业者没有足够的经济动力去工作，因为反正接受了工作也是入不敷出。------------坚持不工作
前提是：政府补助在职的人，哪些人呢，那些工资水平没有达到政府补贴失业人的标准的人。
要weaken,没有看选项，应该想是，上班的人可能有别的好处，比起不上班的人。选项要说上班好，失业不好，才能weaken.
A: SUPPORT
B：说道邻国，无关
C：正确，说道了上班比起不上班的好处。
D：无关，说道贫困线
E：享受工作，无关

原文说如果工人被雇佣后supplement不会将工人的工资提高到比government assistance更高的水平，他们是没有动力去接受supplement，而会选择继续事业状态。 C项很好的反对了没有financial incentive这个观点，C项说被雇佣的人找的新工作会比失业者找的工作的工资低，这样的话，失业者接受supplement，虽然目前不能有个高的工资，但是在以后找工作的时候会找到更好的。这样的话，C项填补了financial incentive
