答案E,我选了B

1，OA说对B说：This statement indicates that the undeveloped airstrip near Greentown might be a better wayto
alleviate flight delays at Greentown,but it tells us nothing about the effects that converting the
Hevelia airstrip to a full-service airport would have were it to be carried out.
选项说了有比B更好，但没说把H convert之后的结果。但是文章已经说了convert之后移过去20%的人原来机场就不delay了，为什么选项还要再说。。

2，OA对E说：E Correct. This statement provides support for the experts' position because it gives a reason for
thinking that the number of scheduled flights at Greentown would not be reduced, even if Hevelia
airstrip became an attractive alternative for some 20 percent of Greentown's passengers.

原文说 so that most flights landing at Green town have many passengers who then take differentflights to reach their final destinations.
我觉得这里有个many，就是说该转机的让他在老机场转，many以外不转机的让他到H去坐飞机，不是正好分流，避免delay么。。又不是所有乘客都是转机。。

PS，那如果B对，什么样的题才应该选除他因的选项啊？？

突然明白了这个题E选项为什么说most flights是中转航班了, 因为既然选项这么说了, 也就是中转的航班不会改到H, H分担的航班只有G发出的航班吧. 这样20%的乘客减少就不能产生10%的航班减少了.

我跟楼主犯了一样的错误。借此机会也再次梳理一下自己的思路。

题干提出了一个proposal：减少G机场10%的航班数量，可以避免目前经常出现的延误。
                                     如何减少呢？—— 把40英里外的H机场升级扩建，那么20%选择G机场的乘客就有可能会选择H机场。

然而，专家却认为把H改成full-service这种方式不会终结G机场的延误。


我们需要找一个选项，证明专家是对的。


B选项：G机场旁的第二大机场，对于现在很多用G机场的人来说，是比H更有力的吸引力。
错误原因——我要讨论的是H为什么不行，而不是另外一个比H更好。这是一个很tricky的陷阱，出题者引入了他因来考虑。


E：G是一个转机点，很多客人达到这里后，再搭乘飞机到其他地方去。
正确原因：指出了G的不可替代性。飞机多是必然，这是转机地，你把H扩建了，大家还是会在G转机。因为G是唯一选择。

我觉得这题重点在理解e中的a regional hub和most flights landing at Greentown以及have many passengers who then take different flights三者之间的关系.
（1）首先several airlines use G as a regional hub说明G机场具备的H机场无法替代的优势，那就是从G能转到别的地方several arilines，但是H不行。
（2）随后这个优势决定了想在转机到several airlines的游客偏好选择G胜过选择H，因为如果选择H下飞机，再想转乘别的航班还得跑40mile去G转机。（其实出题者在这里有个小小的漏洞，因为e选项没说这些游客主要是想转机到这只能在G起飞的several airlines或者是其他也能在H起飞的airlines，如果是后者那这些游客就也会选择H而不一定选择G）
（3）最后 ① 对于降落的航班来说，因为游客偏好G，所以这些游客乘坐的landing at G的most flight也会选择G作为降落地点而不选H。
② 对于起飞的航班来说，因为（1）中已经说明several airlines把G当成a regional hub，所以至少这several airlines会偏好G而不是名不见经传的H。
综上，不管是many passengers还是搭载这些passengers的most airline都更偏向G而不是H，所以H不管是分流游客还是分流航班都很可能无法完成10%的指标（因为most和many都爱G不爱H），因此无法解决G机场的航班延误问题。

航班为什么不能改成从新的机场转机呢？我觉得E选项没有体现出passenger和flight之间的gap的问题
