RC：一篇jj里面气候变化那篇，一篇jj里面火山喷发岩浆那篇。这两篇jj里挺详细，我就不说了。 一篇讲GIS，从历史开始说起（这边有个考举例的作用的题目），然后说现在的GIS一般都是电脑搞出来的，接着说政府的GIS信息最全，但是不是人人都能have access to it，因此很多人自己搞GIS，比如社区里面看看路况啦什么的，可以填补public系统里面的gap（有个问题问gap指的是神马），为社区服务~ 一篇讲随着技术的发展，technology越来越global，有各种好处（此处有一题问提高的好处不包括哪个，对照原文还是听简单的）。但是有人支持让技术national，这符合经济学比较优势的理论，但是有缺点，然后文章大段批判了后者的观点（就是national），还有一题问作者对这个观点的态度。
