我一开始也选的B，

刚开始的理解是：

毒药被other rodents 吃了以后，这些带毒在身的r被o吃了以后o也被毒死了。

提供的解释是：r被毒死了，o的食物少了→数量减少

可是我觉得这里存在不严谨的地方：文中没有提供任何信息表明r可以被毒药毒死。

而o可以被毒药毒死我觉得是暗示的（be placed in containers accessible only to squirrels and other rodents. ）



而E选项提供的解释是：Without further information about the rodents, this choice does not bother the argument

但是我觉得official想要达到两个目的：减少S数量；不威胁o的数量。

按照E选项，毒药总是被r吃那么就达不到减少S的目的，不同样也calls into question the officials’ argument了么？？

今天早上又起来看这个题目，题目中说only to squirrels and other rodents.

暗示s也是一种rodents，那么E的rodents也包含s，那么就达到减少s的目的了？？？

所以还是选B么
是我想太多~

B的确是目的没达到：因为o的食物也吃了毒药，这样o的数量也会减小，而原来的目的是不影响o的数量，所以B是对的~（ps：这题很像prep一道“沙滩鲨鱼”的一道题）

而E 呢，小菜个人觉得，这是在讨论措施怎么做~
而这样的“措施—目的”题，一般的，不讨论措施怎么怎么样，而是说目的怎么没有达到~
这才是关键~！

这句话是哪的？？怎么跟suri一样的？哪边有专门讲措施-目的题型的么？？望提供。
还有E的确目的也没达到啊...准确说是没达全...

1.也就是说这个计划是在做，the poison would be placed in containers accessible only to squirrels and other rodents 毒药会被放置在只有S和R接触到的容器里，这就说明和强调了毒药只能被R和S消灭掉，并且能够毒死掉，
也就不存在E说的毒药只被R吃不被S吃了，就如同解释那样没有更多的信息表明其他的r怎么样
2.目的却达不到，即没有在消灭S的同时保证不对O的生存造成威胁，这样B就很好了

我突然发现E好像是对原来题目前提条件的一种复述...orz,也就是说E的这种情况包含在原题目当中
对这种目的型的思考方法不是很熟悉...
ps亲怎么这么晚还没睡？？！！
B.威胁了o的生存；
E.虽然 减少S的目的没达到，可是o的生存没有被威胁到（没有更多信息哈）
所以相比较而言还是B比较严重一点...
可以这么理解么...
