这题有点bt的，看moderate light什么的绕晕了...我们看题目要选的是possible的选项，也就是说排除其他不可能的选项就可以了
其实BCE三个选项很好排除，但是A和D两选项就要细想了
A的话说下大雨的天数1990比1910少，但是如果1990每天都下的很大，超过1910的很多的话（注意题目中说的heavy rain是只要大于两英寸就可以了），最后总的雨量还是能够大于1910年的雨量的
D选项说1990中雨天的总雨量比1910年中雨天的两倍还多，这个的话要取极值了，假设1990年的中雨天每天都是2inch，1910年每天的中雨天都是1inch，那么就算两年中雨天天数相等，1990年的总雨量也不可能会比1910年的两倍还多，何况1990年的中雨天总天数还比1910年的中雨天总天数要少
