嗯，似乎明白了，也就是说，因为每人每周至少100m所以，送出去的奖励很多，这样为了弥补成本，价格被抬高，会得到相反的效果。开始看了这100m，就是不明白，这又什么关系

A不对，我认为A否定了文中说的信息，文中说过 临时扩展行程。你选择A就和文中冲突了。这里不正确。B的解释我理解的是，因为.....不管原因，它太高了电车的价格，所以会起到削弱的作用。别的选项就可以第一遍就排除了。我认为应该是这样子。
