能推荐一本Corporate Finance Theory的书吗

PhD level的，想作为参考书

已经有了Tirole, J.，2006, The Theory of Corporate Finance, 还有别的推荐吗

Tirole's book is the most popular one for PhD level,
if you really want another book, have a look at Titman's Financial Markets & Corporate Strategy, which is not as theoretical as Tirole's.

or, you may interested in an old book by Fama, "The Theory of Finance", which can be download from Fama's website http://faculty.chicagobooth.edu/eugene.fama/research/index.htm

BTW, I'm also a student, my point may be not right.

Jean Tirole   和  Ross的还有那个伦敦商学院的布雷利合著的那本用的比较多
