不对啊，argument指的是最后一句话，in fact 后面。即增加最低工资不会导致通货膨胀。我们要选的是会导致通货膨胀的选项。

帮忙看看“most seriously weakens the argument”中的“argument”是指什么，我觉得应该是指“Opponents of this increase have argued that the resulting rise in wages will drive the inflation rate up”，即我们应该选的是削弱“导致通货膨胀”的吧，

Opponents：设定最低工资不会造成通膨，因为只有很少部分的员工的工资水平未达最低工资标准（隐含的意味是公司相应上调工资的比率很低）
Weaken：设定最低工资后，公司相应上调工资的比率很高的选项

A）雇佣时间的长短与薪资是否变动无关
B）部分公司违反规定，支付员工的时薪少于KD5（过去违反，现在也可能违反，暗示着法令有可能不起作用，从这点来说有点strengthen的意味，限定词some使得事件的重要性不高）
