(A) Few if any of the RDS radio stations that began broadcasting in Verdland after 1994 broadcast to people with RDS-equipped radios living in areas not previously reached by RDS stations.（懂啦！很犀利哦。广播电台的范围扩大，同时安装有该设备的收音机数量不变，所以说听到该节目的人数不变。有没有跳跃呢？有的，如果之前有人有安装设备，但是也听不到呢？所以，假设是A：几乎没有新增的广播电台覆盖到以前有设备但是接收不到的人中去。取非：有广播电台覆盖到以前有设备但是接受不到的人中去，那么现在接收到节目的人就会增加了，削弱原文。）

能看到节目要满足两个条件，发射站发射，接收器接收。接收器数量没有增加，那么如果原来有一些接收器不能使用，现在发射站增加覆盖更广的面积，如果能使得原来不能用的接收器能用，就能增加收看人数。这个关系不成立才能支持原文的结论

看了半天，晕乎乎的 什么电台，收音机，傻傻分不清楚，个人最后看懂分享一下
背景：调频数增加了（电台数量，类似于97.5）
原因：带RDS的收音机总数未发生变化
结论：收听的人数也不会发生变化

假设（针对A选项）：电台数量虽增加了（但是只会存在于以前能收到的人），以前收不到的还是收不到。

请问A的意思是：新增加的电台也没有使以前收不到节目的听众受益，所以以前收不到节目到1996年还是收不到，所以人数没有增加？
