Jon: In fact I did. I did quit the college with full scholarship and went to the Culinary Art school in Tokyo with my own expense (it costed almost the same as Harvard). Unfortunately a back injury prevented me from becoming Red Iron Chef so I have to change my life course again. Wow, now THAT is a cool story. Lets stick with it—lets say that your career dream is to do something that is RELATED to food. So cool! That would be SUCH a unique story—you should tell it for sure. Something about your future goal that ties in your interesting past!
