还在吗，我今天也看到了这个题
我说以下我的观点：
这个C项是跟原文的题设矛盾“ This has hurt Tenare's tourism industry”，就是说已经有影响了，而C的意思是想通过说游客没影响，矛盾了
C是反对题设条件，所以无关，但在选项的时候，很容易考虑入内，因为它是在题设之外的另外的肯能性

倒不是说常识 因为靠常识这是大忌 不能用 我的意思是文中既然政府准备做出回应 就暗含了鲨鱼会对人造成威胁这个隐含的条件 你有点钻牛角尖了

总觉得c和文章没有关系 你的意思有点旅游喜欢来 不管鲨鱼有没有他们还是来 因此杀鲨鱼没有用 这好像不符合常识 题目里面应该隐含着“鲨鱼的增加会让游客不敢来”这一条件 政府的行为也是基于这一常识的
