B 选项很难看出来速度的快慢. B能得出的结论是hunt 5%的时间要短于整个hunting season.如果把restict去掉的话,那在整个hunting season里面猎沙的geese要远远超出5%. B其实是在加强,并没有削弱.

关于B我是这样理解的: 因为有了5%的restriction,因而hunting season总是提前结束.从B选项看不出来hunting的速度是否快慢.只能看出来5%restriction 起了做用. hunting geese到一定数量就停止.

D的话,因为题干有提到'quarry for hunters in the southern regions ', southern regions字样. 可以理解成hunting是集中在southern regions进行. 如果geeses过多relocate到其它地区的话. 就算在 southern regions 取消restriction的话,geese数量不一定减少.

所以我倾向于D

我是这么认为的。本题是undermine的。题目说drop restriction。那么答案应该是反映出drop restriction 的不好的一方面才是undermine。反过来就是restriction是好的，不该drop。那么显然B是对的。B是说有restriction能够加速捕猎。
