我觉得该题的落脚点是这样的（最后一句话）：因为医生有有最终权决定病人是否服用什么药，所以错误处方不会太常见。关键点在于：是否医生能成功决定病人买什么药呢，万一病人不听怎么办～所以E：是否医生能帮病人进行合理的处方选则，在以前处方没有效果的前提下。
