要证明这个策略合理, 需证明其能够同时满足两个条件:
(1). 用少量的毒药减少red-winged blackbirds(RWB)数量(主要目标: 控制目标种群数量);
(2). 不威胁稀有候鸟(次要目标: 降低副作用)

在都成功实施的情况下:
A. RWB春天来了先吃光派送的有毒大米, 种群数量减少. 同时有毒大米是少量的, 而且在春季派送, 所以可以减少而不至于灭绝. RWB先到, 稀有候鸟后到没得吃, 所以不受影响. 所以条件(1), (2)都可以满足.
B. 断后大米, 一方面对于种群数量的控制力度较大, 有可能不只是减少的问题了, 另外并不能说明不威胁稀有候鸟. 所以条件(1)有些勉强, 条件(2)不能证明满足.
C. 本地鸟只吃本帮菜, 所以不吃外来毒大米. 消费习惯是用来预测消费行为的. 但条件(1), (2)涉及的两个种群都不是本地鸟, 无法预测. 所以C与条件(1), (2)无关联.
D. 没有许可, 派送毒大米的农民会遭处分. 从逻辑上讲, 前提A->结论B, 但是前提A的否不能证明结论A的否. 而结论A或者结论A的否和条件(1), (2)的关联, 都没有可供推断的信息.

做题的时候也是纠结rare migratory bird到底是珍贵的候鸟还是很少迁徙的鸟，现在细想，不可能有“很少迁徙的鸟”吧，要么迁徙，要么不迁徙，所以应该作珍贵的候鸟。

我把rare migratory birds理解成少迁徙的鸟 也就是native to the province，所以选的C

是不是这样理解必须是rarely才行？？
