【求助投行牛牛们】Simon MSF 可能进投行么？

本科上海211小本国内排三十几，即将去读simon business school MS finance
目前计划在中国发展因为听说simon 在美国就业很难~只能打算退回中国来了。
看学校的career 合作企业列表上有Morgan， GS等但是论坛上看学校的声望貌似不高~~不知道simon MSF 是不是投行的target school呀？我有可能进投行么？

真的很怕奋力读出来个硕士却招不到工作呀~~~~(>_<)~~~~

people in goldman are always busy, even you are back of back office, this is goldman culture, i dont think back office in goldman is a good place to stay, once a people in Paulson fund said " we just have 100 people then last we make 5 billion, goldman have more than 30k people, they just make 8 billion", cant figure out why so many people wants to go to gs, 95%+ of the work in the bank is so boring and not make money, but why so many people in it should work like a dog?

不会有bank等在校门口要你，但是MSF每年都有人去。So did MBA

有进投行的，我今年simon msf毕业的，目前中国人里面有一个去香港投行ibd fulltime，两个拿到香港投行ibd intern，相信未来半年里也会有其他人进投行。公正点说simon的名声不加分也不减分，主要还是看个人。

恩恩,看来要好好联系校友了。其实我没想过作IBD那种工作，可以在IB的operations什么的就已经很开心了~~

真得么？能说说operation的具体情况么？因为我自己有机会去ib operation的，但是觉得没前途就据了offer,最近实在找不到别的工作，在想是不是真得去做operation 算了。。。有没有行内人能说说啊！

Operation 是 back office啊，在operation基本什么公司都是一样的啊。没什么职业发展前途的，不建议。但是人各有志，如果愿意并且擅长，可以一试。

周围的人都视投行的工作为顶尖~~觉得大家的选择总不会很差，而且据说投行待遇很好的。。。
