文章结尾说通过recycle减少要焚烧垃圾的truckloads到去年的一半，以减少产生的ash到去年的一半。

产生的ash的量 = number of 要焚烧垃圾的truckloads * 每truckloads产生的ash量

number of 要焚烧垃圾的truckloads 已经减少到去年的一半了，要想产生的ash的总量为去年的一半，必须要求就是per truckloads 产生的ash量不会比去年多。否则，每truckloads要焚烧的垃圾产生的垃圾量为去年的100倍，减少一半truckloads也无济于事

我做题的时候是做对了，问题是在后来重新分析题目的时候，觉得这道题出的有漏洞，要是答案是d的话，那么必须是今年处理的垃圾就是去年收集的那些，这样，一半一半，而且没卡车焚烧产生的ash 数量不增加，才可能是去年的一般，但是问题是，今年处理的垃圾应该是今年收集的啊，要是今年收集的总量就比去年的总量多了，那么一半一半，一半的数量也相应增加了，那么每卡车产生的ash 不变，那么ash总量还有可能增多的啊。所以我觉得还是少了一个前提～

OG解释我也没明白，我自己的理解是
A只说recycling的不被焚烧，但是没说焚烧的那部分垃圾会产生多少ash。有可能，recycling的这部分没烧，但是烧的那部分产生了从前三倍的ash，那么reduce ash to half...  就不能实现相比之下，D就说得很直接啦

研究了一下我这么理解的，文章其实就在将变量和定量的问题。
1. 评估措施的题目。
2. P1：S会进行垃圾分类，将可回收的垃圾分离，以减少垃圾车量至去年的一半。
