还有一种理解就是题干not advisable作”不可取，不明智“解释，B项暗示方案可能没用，但不是不可取，不可取要找方案的负面影响！

B选项irrelevant，题目中明确说的是that go through a cateroilliar stage.
打个简单的比方：问国家这项政策对文艺青年有什么好处？你答大多人不是文艺青年（而是2B青年，瞎扯的哈）这不是牛头不对马嘴吗？？！

总结一下，遇见这种两个选项都可以的，一般重新读下题干就可以排除选项的。

According to OG:
E is wrong because：The mere lack of current production facilities does not mean that it would be inadvisable to
develop and use the spray in the future.
However in my opinion, I think E is not the right answer, because it contradict the premise
stimulus: cause enzyme can kill all the pests that go though a caterpillars stage,
             conclusion: enzyme should be used to eradicate pests
potential assumption: there are enough synthesized enzyme
For E: there is no enzyme ---> So it is wrong

But I am not sure whether there are some flaws in my reasoning,
