白用语法题，求分析~~

BCD我都可以排除，在AB中犹豫最后选了A，答案是B，这么去排除A呢，我觉A更简洁，而且每必要用完成时啊？

我的体会是，动词不定式表示的动作如果发生在主要动作之前，要用不定式的过去形式，即：to have done。

这道题里，recover的动作在are known之前已经完成，所以要用to have recovered.

关于这个语法点，OG12的第73题也有讲解，关于旧石器时代人类进化之路的（appear to have equipped...），LZ可以去看一下。

我觉得还是要先理解句子意思吧

B选项
few people are known to have recovered from the disease once the clinical symptoms have appeared
这里前后两个都是都有完成时 看起来比较整齐 对称 而且recover于CS这个东西发生间隔时间很短的 从句子意思上理解 我觉得应该是B

反观 A
few people are known to recover from the disease after the appearance of the clinical symptoms.
After后面直接加名词 好像失去了那种两个事件同时（或者间隔时间很短）的感觉

还不是很明白，A不是也更简洁吗，还有为什么不可以理解为：先症状出现后，很少人从那个疾病中恢复过来呢，
