全题是： Describe the applicant's professional poise, his/her ability to handlehimself in a business setting.

Hey friend.  Don’t be thrown off by this question.  The key here is simply to talk about MATURITY.  Is the applicant mature.  Can he handle himself (or herself!) professionally, in a mature way.  That’s all theyre looking for—and as always in a letter of recommendation, be sure to provide EXAMPLES!  That is the key to a great rec—one of em anyway… hope this helps!
