B，这是结论，不是前题
C，无关
D，有两个国家，一个禁止了另外一个 -- 这就是前题，所以才会有这么个理论
E，是就是有关禁止，但原因不是因为有人先禁止我我再禁止对方，无关

If you negate this statement, then any two countries has no market closed to the other, what would happen? Nothing! The trade goes on. Therefore this is a necessary assumption that the argument relies on.

就是这样的，说一个国家的产品在外国市场被禁止了，那么我们国家也应该禁止他们的商品来迫使他们对我们重新开放市场，那就变成了两个国家互相都不交易了，然后结论就是说那么所有国家都不交易了
但是这样是需要一个前提的，就是一开始必须要有一个国家禁止另外一个国家的产品才可以，这样后面的一系列的连锁反应才会出现~~
