如果将油量近似到“个位”的话，C用了12G   => 油量范围  [11.5， 12.5)

按理说四舍五入应该不包括5，小于5这样才能4四舍五入的。
所以右边应该是开区间的

但答案上的确是用了295和12.5这两个数啊
