同问，求解惑。。。一直在纠结C中装配一台电视机所需的时间has not decreased significantly，没有显著下降不意味着有增加的可能么？如果是改成has not increased至少排除了增加的可能，不管所花的时间是不变或是减少，工人减少，那么生产出的电视机量也减少，所以需要从V进口啊。。。
