急问 Case的成绩单是要求公证么？！

Note to international students: If your official transcript is in a language other than English, original language transcripts must be accompanied by a certified English translation that evaluates the degree for equivalency to degrees awarded in the United States, and provides information to enable the interpretation of grades. Translations that are obtained locally and notarized are acceptable. Transcripts and English translations should be mailed directly to the Weatherhead Admissions Office or given to the applicant in a sealed envelope, and should be mailed with the other supporting application materials. You may wish to obtain two sets of your original language final, official transcripts (and diploma, if required) so that you may leave one set in a sealed envelope to be turned in to Weatherhead and the other set may be opened by the translator.

是说要公证么？！  上哪公证去啊？！  公证大概要多长时间？！
