其实there are句型，就是主语在最后。there are XX=XX are there。根据这个，DE可以直接排除，因为cod and haddock、catching cod and haddock与no legal limits直接类比了。另外，unlike不能用在句中，因为会造成歧义，如果不能理解可以直接记住这个原则，排除B。C的错误很多，比如which的指代。如果看如何判断but not for monkfish，这种省略一定要还原，legal limits are not for monkfish，for与limitation 不搭配，读起来也很奇怪。因此就是A。
