觉得CD可行。但是priority是D，毕竟一眼看出。但是我还是想把纠结的选项也搞明白。
觉得C可行的理由：文中说这些人摄取高盐。。， 我的考虑是盐本身不会引发高血压，过量则有可能，所以如果是低盐应该就没事。只是这些人没选择而已。
但是OG解释C为无关。请问大家如何诠释？

文章是要你解释吃盐多并不是导致BP升高的元凶，C选项说在城市可以里少吃盐，并不能说明盐吃多了以后就不会导致BP升高啊！！
再有，题目里都已经说了，那些人自打进城以后就染上了高盐的饮食习惯，C项那儿还非跟哪儿说可以少吃盐，这不就是瞎凑热闹么~

再有，题目里都已经说了，那些人自打进城以后就染上了高盐的饮食习惯，C项那儿还非跟哪儿说可以少吃盐，这不就是瞎凑热闹么~

我才发现C和提干矛盾呀。。。

一人在乡下住，吃盐少，不得高血压，进了城，吃盐多，得了高血压。

盐不是高血压的元凶，为什么？

C却说 可能人在城市了吃盐少。。。

这不矛盾了么。。。对吧？所以C不对

我觉得应该是这么诠释文中的意思

1 不吃盐 --> 不高血压

2 搬到城市+ 摄取过多的盐 --> 高血压了

问说盐（本身）不会导致高血压 为什么？

从2点来看就有2个可能性，1个是搬到城市，其它因素变化导致高血压  2 是摄取过多的盐导致的高血压
所以D就是回答第1个可能性 ，我觉得C也是可以回答第2个可能性，只是没有D那么明显。

我理解的C是说城市不仅仅就是一定高盐，也有低盐的diet，这些人完全可以选择低盐的diet, 那他们就不得高血压了吧。
所以就是说他们同样可以摄取盐，只是少量的话就不会引致高血压。那是不是就不可以一概而论说盐就是导致高血压呢？

在城市 不吃盐 不高血压，
在城市了 吃盐 高血压了 可是元凶也不一定是盐 因为 两种可能性
1。可能是因为在城市了，——有其他因素影响。
2。盐的本质改变（比如不会导致高血压）

这和人的摄入量是没有关系的。。总觉得逻辑题很难讲通啊。。自己再体会体会~~注意那个因果联系！
