212：peddling off and on是这个意思。这个人在peddling的生涯中被抓了无数回。   但是，严谨地说，除了1739的n那一次arrest, 其他几次我我们不能断言是因为peddling without the license被抓的。所以你选的这个答案不对。
从文章的意思来看，被抓进去的时间也是在20years里面的  其实我们能推到这个文件1759年之前记录的（1739+20）

220 首先我觉得peeled在原文里就没有出现过，原文的argument就是在比较fresh potato和脱水的potato.
数据说明：fresh的potato含水80%，也就是说 一单位的fresh实际上只有0.2单位的potato。而脱水的potato是实实在在的potato,一单位的potato全是potato。所以同样的重量下，脱水的土豆将有5倍的土豆含量。因此人们没必要买相同量的脱水土豆，只要买原来fresh版的1/5的量就好了 因此消费不用15倍的 应该是三倍
