B中 money collected in property taxes 确实是减少了，但是Altonville’s yearly revenue 包括了财产税以及其他的税，财产税减少了，但其他的税是增加还是减少、以及增加减少的幅度与财产税减少的幅度大小都不知道，因此不能判断财产税占总税收的百分数是上升、下降还是不变~~

应该是C吧


市值MA(估值VA)四年内稳定下降   ( 这两个是一个意思 ) 比如200w降到100w了
(房产税)税收没变  比如一直都收10%
=>城市收入稳定下降   所以政府的城市收入逐年下降  收入=市值*税率

B说的是百分比,陷阱陷阱.... 开始也想选B呢

好吧 觉得C比B有理一点
因为不知道税收总量这4年变化怎样
但C， 题目木有说4年前的percentage 还有assessed value怎样的 不排除5年前到4年前value增加了 然后又这4年间降价了

明显是C....
房价下来了,房产税率不变,那交的税必然下降. 题目里又说房价是前四年依次下跌,所以去年的房价必然低于四年前,既然税率不变,那去年交的税必然比四年前少.

A和B说的都是房产税收所占该市收入的百分比(The percentage of Altonville’s yearly revenue that comes from money collected in property taxes ), 看清楚选项的陷阱..税收百分比在题目里已经说明是不变的了.

B，跟 pt 有关的 av 的百分比下降，所以 pt 下降了
C，是四年里的事，文章里没提。
D，其它税升高，和 av 有什么关系呢？
E，何必推导出这样一个将来的事件呢？

我写了几个公式，从公式比较好判断percentage的问题

先看A，B两项

Percentage of yearly revenue that comes from money collected in property tax= amount of money collected in property tax/ total money collected from tax （在所有税收中，财产税占得比例=财产税/总的税收收入）

原文中说明了 estate market value降低，tax rate不变，所以从estate中收到的property tax就会降低，公式中财产税就减少，但是由于不能确定分母--总的税收情况，所以不能确定财产税占得比例情况。

C项中the amount of revenue collected from property tax= estate market value* tax rate, tax rate没有变，而estate market value降低，所以the amount of revenue...就会降低。

这个绝对值和相对值的问题太麻烦了！每次在脑子里都转不过来...不过写个公式看看会好一点，不过考试的时候不知道有没有这么镇定……
