英文看不懂真是糟糕, 大意大致瞭解, 請教(C)的as unacceptable是什麼東西?  one obvious alternative指的是prohibit from using burglar alarm吧? 謝謝

作为曾经考过LSAT的同胞，我来说说我的看法
C选项是一个倒装，只是对于我们中国人来说比较看不习惯罢了。
这里的UNACCPTABLE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION就是CAR ALARM SYSTEM
注意结论强调的是THE ONLY SOLUTION，说明它排除了其他的可能。
让我们看看题干里哪里出现了其他的可能？只有CAR ALARM SYSTEM，很明显题干里已经说了相比现在的BURGLARY ALARM SYSTEM, CAR ALARM SYSTEM有明显的劣势，所以排除。
我们只要明白CAR ALARM SYSTEM是作者考虑过的一个替代方式，但是因为效果不好被排除了，所以才得出结论的THE ONLY SOLUTION
把C改写为
IT PROVIDES BASIS FOR EXCLUDING CAR ALRM SYSTEM(ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION) AS UNACCEPATBLE
这样大家就会比较明了直观了

我试试哈。
就是burglar alarms 很大一部分是false alarm，这样waste public resources. 但是因为这个burglar alarms 能起到震慑作用，所以对这种waste public resources的解决方法就是让owner出这45分钟的钱。

如果不说明这个东西有震慑作用，那么就还有另一个解决方法－－不用这个alarms，这样就不waste public resources. 但是因为有震慑作用，这个方法就不能用了。所以这部分的作用就是排除另外一个方法。

我的理解是as unacceptable 是不是一个typo，应该是an unacceptable
