会有最后的结论是因为做了BD1 所以有BD2的结果
thus BD1 support the final conclusion BD2
再去叙述的确cause less fossil fuel comsumption

BD1 阐述的是事实，事实支持结论 BD2

第二部分是个陈述句 它是这个argument的conclusion。并不是起支持作用的。
我也不是很明白第一句为什么是起的支持作用 可能是因为公司转换能源结构就是因为结论是它省能源 所以是支持吧。。
