就是因为有证据显示说6成以上的案子。应该是女方胜利。。而在RECORD中。。只有6成判了女方胜利。。才更说明了法官是不公正的。。

E选项是有证据说明在针对女性的性别歧视的案子中。。。女人应该获得胜利的案子应该大于6成，而题目中说这种案子。只获胜了6成。。所以是削弱了法官其实没有歧视女性的结论。就比如我应该给你10块。。结果我就只给你5块。。你说我对你公平么？大概是这个意思把。。我不是NN所以解释的不大好。。见谅了
