C取非Mechanical problems in airplanes have increased by 50 percent since last August 不就说明是机械故障导致了事故而非人为失误导致的 是加强结论而非弱化它啊

确认过了 答案就是选C的 不过很纠结 按经验来判断是选C 但是老觉得C有问题。。。。。

答案是D吧？
我觉得C好像是无关选项，文章的假设应该和飞机实际的故障率没有关系了。。。
