B是说在有很多其他餐馆的地方开店，D是讲新开的店附近已经有S餐馆了，这不就相当于自己顶了自己的生意嘛，而B是与其他人竞争，根据以往的趋势，S能在与其他店的竞争中取胜，那么B就不失为一个好方法，而D是自己跟自己跟自己竞争，总共的收益就未必增加了，因此可能是无效的
