求助：CXD逻辑第二篇第三章80题和OG答案不一样……

CXD逻辑第二篇第三章80题：Advertisement: For sinus pain, three out of four hospitals give their patients Novex(以下简称N.)。 So when you want the most effective painkiller for sinus pain, N. is the one to choose.Which of the following, if true, most seriously undermines the advertisement's argument?
(A) Some competing brands of painkillers are intended to reduce other kinds of pain in addition to sinus pain.
(B) Many hospitals that do not usually use N. will do so for those patients who cannot tolerate the drug the hospitals usually use.
(C) Many drug manufacturers increases sales of their products to hospitals by selling these products to the hospitals at the lowest price the manufacturers can afford.
(D) Unlike some competing brands of painkillers, N. is available from pharmacies without a doctor's prescription.
(E) In clinical trials N. has been found more effective than competing brands of painkillers that have been on the market longer than N. .
陈向东书上的答案是D；但是我在OG-11th的逻辑部分做到一样的题目，第10题，答案是C。我自己选的是C。
CXD的解释里提出，C不对，因为“products”可能包含N.，也可能不包含N.，所以C什么作用也起不到。
OG-11th里，认为D选项not relevant to the claim。
我自己是觉得，既然指明是医院提供的药，应该默认都是有处方的吧？或者是和处方没有关系。而医院之所以给病人这种药，不是因为这个药好用，而是因为药的成本低，也就是归他因。不知道我这么想对不对，也不知道到底哪个答案是对的，求高人指点，谢谢！……

OG11里面答案是C，我觉得也是C

我是前两天做的题的

今天再看一遍 觉得D是肯定错的 因为题目里讨论的就是hospital give patients N药  

但是D里却说的是N可以由病人在药房买  也就是这不是由hospital "give"的    (首先pharmacy是否属于hospital不确定, 而且即使属于,那病人在没有医生处方而自己去购买的话那一定不算在hospital give里的)

因此D是一定错的..

C 就当是个他因吧  经济因素使医院开药 而不是效果

我觉得这个迷惑选项就是D C

终于有人回了啊。。。。
mycontrol01，你一开始选的什么呢？
不管医院是不是价格卖得低，至少提供了一种可能（他因），也有可能医院低价买入，高价卖出，所以药的进价低更加能成为医院使用这种药的原因……

C相当于是用它因来解释 (医院开药不是取决于效果而是取决于价格)  


我这题也选错了  不知道原因呢

我认为D的pharmacy不等于hospital 扯出2个不同概念

但是C选项的话, 医院的进价低不代表它能卖得低啊.......................
