68的E更明显嘛。

刚好做到这道题，这个leader要通过抵制G加油站（题目说到是和他们同一个公司下的），来作为给公司压力接受他们建议（也就是跟总公司谈判啦）的战略，题目问，哪个选项对这个leader来说，在考虑谈判能否成功的因素中，关系是最小的一个。
C选项说的是：以前是否有类似成功的案例，如果有的话，那么这次成功的概率更大（即加强），没有，就更小（即削弱）

举个例子，你嫌自己的工资太低，想和领导argue一下，那在你考虑这个argue是否会成功的过程中，可能会考虑：以前是否有同事argue成功了，如果有，那肯定是增强了你argue的信心的。所以这个选项，肯定是很有关的
