题目问的是“Which of the following best describes the weak point in Y's response to X's proposal?”一定要根据题目来回答。。。proposalY是针对安全问题所提出的，，不是经济上的优缺点啊~~

这个选项是错在economic disadvantages 么？？ 因为文章提的不是economic方面的缺点么？？
