我是上周五收到email通知的。我一个朋友两周前就收到了。今天面试，主要就是聊聊research interests & research experience，我面的不太好，这阵太忙了，没时间准备面试的东西。电话打来的时候刚下课，就在路边聊了。

估计UA比较喜欢CS出身的，需要很强的programming能力。其他同学还没面试的可以准备一下。祝大家好运~~~

Hi, boum, you should be no problem, because you have the right background in technical aspects like data mining.

It seems that professors at UA will pick up candidates they are interested in. So if the professor is really interested in your application, you will probably be admitted.

             Yes, I am now in the area of Data/Text Mining. As you said, that's why UA's professor showed his interest in my application.

             It is cool to study in the desert.

Arizona的IS巨强的, 据说DSS还有JAIS都被他们的Faculty或者毕业生霸占了,有点Arizona帮的感觉...
HKU有一个哪儿的毕业生,很能发paper,唯一的问题就是可惜都是DSS或者I&M的档次,没有MISQ，ISR这一档的
说了好多,反正就是祝lz早点拿offer啦,个人觉得这个比UIUC好
