推薦人把學校名字打錯了

天....看到給Booth的推薦信寫成Wharton了
全身出了一個冷汗
感覺我的努力都白費了

請問有人有經驗請學校更換推薦信嗎?
有其它的建議嗎?

最後的結果是
Chicago直接要求推薦人把信寄到adcon去
算是解決了

有事   還是直接找adcon

做好你该做的，控制好你能控制的。推荐人打错字什么的属于你一点办法都没有的事情，既无法预防也不能挽救。Just let it go, adcom不会介意的，因为这不是你做什么就能避免的

请不要自我麻醉了。写错学校名字这个没救了。除非重新提交推荐信。可以联系学校说重新提交。

Although the situation is a bit different. But I think Jason's advice can still be applied here, maybe loosely? You cannot control your recommender in writing what (s)he wanted!? No?

So as long as your part is without error, this shouldn't be a problem. B-Schools are not picking the a perfect error-less applicant. Needless to say, this isn't your error?

怯怯说一句，LS的两句貌似有些矛盾呢。。。“i never know what my recommender wrote. ” v.s. "In fact one of my two recommenders just write "your school" in all letters."
如果后者是推荐人自己说的，还交流得真细致呢

haha. good eyes! I meant that I never know what they wrote about me, but one of them said he wrote a generic statement addressed to "your school".... he told me that.....

没关系，我有位猪头蜜的推荐人把XXX也写成了Wharton（奇怪，为毛老是他家呢？），然后也拿到面试邀请了。放宽心了。
