a 为什么不对，题目是最能支持，我觉得A是最根本，一个连私人电话都最终不了怎么去救火，救火首先要确定火报警是在哪个地方，火源是哪里，接下来才去定型火的性质，大小。我觉得A比C好，感觉C有点跳跃了的思维。大家认为呢。 搞不明白，答案选C，我个人后来感觉是题目问的是will have the announced affect， 这样的话C比A好，假如没有这几个词是不是A更好呢。

我不是牛 我觉得A有点无关 首先是all 太绝对，然后同时有可能以前box call的时候就已经追踪了电话，暗含这种假设。所以a的是不是一个优点，我觉得是，但是是一个不能在原文中hold的优点。
