各位前辈:

本人基本情况如下：国内普通重点大学金融系，成绩一般。毕业第一年在银行和会计事务所。后面六年前三年在平安保险人寿集团，后三年在友邦保险集团上海分公司（母公司是AIG美国国际集团），工作方面主要是保险营销员管理和培训。平安叫组训，友邦叫业务发展专员。现在申请方向上颇感迷茫。到底是选什么专业好呢？说市场营销也搭得上，说人力资源也有点。美国也有风险管理和保险的专业。

请大家给点建议，非常感谢！

Thank you for your information. Actually I dicided to apply for MBA. But unfortunately, my GMAT score is only 560. So I am more confused now.

there is a major called risk management and insurance. If I remember correctly, UGA does offer this specailization. better to double check though. Well, B-school is pretty competitive and you do need to figure out why you want a Phd in business. The Phd life is boring, tons of papers and research. BTW, you must have strong math background to deal with research becasue many b-school research are on the quantitative side

thank you for your attention. could you tell me what is different beteween the Amreican business school and the European business school?  are the european business school more easier to apply for  scholarship than those in the USA?

风险管理和保险的专业这一类的吧

我对MBA不是特别熟悉，其实最关键的还是取决于你的兴趣和职业目标以及自己的优势。如果想做研究，留高校，那就申些比较喜欢有工作背景的学校吧，貌似欧洲那别比较喜欢这类。

如果只有工作经历，MBA是很好的选择

没有什么研究经历，只是想申请博士的话有奖学金的机会。那如果念mba的话应该是什么方向比较好呢？市场、金融或者其他？
