In the Business program at a university, all candidates for the MBA in International Business who entered the program after 1990 took seminar on Microeconomics, and all candidates for the MBA in International Business who entered the program after1994 took a seminao on Applied Economics. If a student in the Business program described above took a seminar on Microeconomics but did not take a seminar on Applied Economics.

给出的解释里有这样的一条，说是文中给出了1990和1994年的情况，那是没有包含隐含的信息就是在这个年限之外的情况。因此不能判断1990年以前是什么情况，所以不能判断上了微观经济学的人一定是在1990年之后。

可是这样的话不就从文中自己推断情况了吗？GMAT中不是要求不要自己主观臆断吗？
