if the "mystery" about the gmat scoring system is true, then, i would say for both verbal and quant.

I heard the first 10 questions determine which score range the applicant would get.  Is this true? If so does the first 10 questions mean the first 10 questions in both Verbal and Quantitative or only for the first 10 questions in Verbal?
