其实这个题目你要是读题不认真或者你是学统计/机器学习一类的，很容易就选A。而且放在这些领域 (这些领域的黄金标准是既要你的test准确，也要你的test结果的cost/impact)，你的标准答案就应该是minimize FALSE NEGATIVE因为你漏掉的positive的结果是致命的，也就是选项A。
但是这个题目属于补充句子的题目，一定要看清楚你补充的这个句子To most accurately determine food allergie，这个题目要求的是最大化准确率 （也就是不考虑我上面写的FPR， FNR分别给受测试者带人的cost），准确率是FPR, FNR综合考虑 f(FPR, FNR), 如果FPR固定了，那么肯定选择FNR最小的。
如果这个补充句子是开头以 to better deploy this technology.etc，那我觉得A也是可以的。

因为误差1是系统性误差，即所有测试都会犯的误差（E选项），所以physician应尽量降低误差2～
