这种题目不是给中国人答的，是给老外的...老外算术能力太差，会被蒙住的
这种题实话说读完D直接秒选了，根本不需要运算
一个数字小于 2个数字中较小的那个数字 ， 那它一定也小于那个较大的数字
if a < b
and c < a
then c < b
还是那例子
David比Tom的妹妹小，那David一定比Tom小

15% k  > 15% p
Taxes and fees < 15% p 可以推出 taxes and fees < 15% k
当一个数小于两个数中较小的那个数，那它一定也小于较大的那个数

这是逻辑题，不是猜的
题目已经说了 taxes and delivery fee 低于成本差价...让你推理数字大小而已

成本k = 1.15 p  比如p=100 那么k=115
而taxes and delivery fee低于成本差值
taxes and delivery fee< 0.15 p 或者 k-p  = 15
而15%k = 15% X 115 = 17.25

所以 taxes and delivery fee <   15  < 15% k

你自己都说  taxes and delivery fee 小于 15%p ....那怎么理解不了它也小于15%k ？
