今天考数学的时候超级没有状态，第一题超简单都做了三分钟，导致后面来不及就秒选。。Q分数创新低，难过。。Anyway，放点verbal狗吧。新人第一次发帖，有不足之处请多多见谅哈~

有一篇阅读讲的是Ozone，说臭氧聚集在空气中是有害的，有科学家指出汽车尾气产生的臭氧只是小部分，大部分还是工业废气产生的。然后说三种工厂处理废气的方式，第一种是在process 的最后安装一个过滤器（filter）过滤掉有害气体，但是这种办法只能过滤有限的废气，第二种我暂时想不起来了。。第三种是researchers的新发现，将产生的废气燃烧（combustion），因为废气中有很多hydrocarbon，燃烧进行的氧化反应和臭氧结合产生不那么有害的二氧化碳。文章最后evaluate这种新的办法，态度大概是虽然不能完全处理掉废气但是至少产生的是不那么有害的by-product。文章最后一句有考点，不是很长，比较好懂。

刚刚看了有同学说和2017年4月的那个库很像，确实是，我考到了里面的三篇（ozone，英国的trademark law，philanthropy），大家可以看看~

还有一道逻辑是讲两个真的犯罪率的，说是M town每百人还是千人遭到violent crime的可能性比parkdale 大，问削弱，我选的是两个地方人口基数不一样。

B. how the rate of population growth in Meadowbrook over the past four years compares to the corresponding rate for Parkdale
C. the ratio of violent to nonviolent crimes committed during the past four years in Meadowbrook and Parkdale
D. the violent crime rates in Meadowbrook and Parkdale four years ago   (correct)
E. how Meadowbrook's expenditures for crime prevention over the past four years compare to Parkdale's expenditures
