USC Marshall MBA 面经 [2017-11-03]

面完了感觉一般，上来分享一下积累人品。

10月28收到面试通知，约的11月3号中午。是AO专门飞到北京来面试的，就3号一个上午有空，约到了也是挺幸运的。

AO人非常好，叫Grace Kim，全程带着温暖真诚的笑容，对于我的问题也给我了很详细的回答。

一共大概半个小时吧，大概问了以下问题：
1）how did you get into working for clients in the insurance industry (我做的客户70%都是保险业的）；
2）how do you like working as an auditor;
3) what's your favourite team work experience;
4) what made it your favourite;
5) pros and cons of working in a team;
6) one of the biggest challenge at work;
7) why MBA;
8) why marshall;
9) short/long term goal;
10) your leadership style;
11) questions for me.

面试之前准备了可能有二十道题，结果前五题其实都没有准备过... 个人感觉自己表现有点紧张，好几题忘记具具体例子，希望渺茫啊！
