I will be glad to assist you. Please forward me the following:
• Are you an administrator on your machine?
• What Operating System and Version are you using?
• Are you receiving any sort of error message?

Can you try these steps below?

To resolve this issue, please un-install free GMATPrep software installed – if you have history data (exam scores, practice question sessions etc.) that you want to carry into the new install, make sure you click [No] when asked if you want the uninstall process to remove all data. Then re-install the latest version (v 2.5.327) of the free GMATPrep software by visiting: www.mba.com/gmatprep.

In order to successfully install the question pack/exam pack, please ensure the GMATPrep application is closed, and then re-install the additional content by double clicking on the .gsp file. Do not enter the 18-digit activation code. You should not need to activate your additional content again

Please attach a screen shot of what you are seeing as well as the steps you are following, so we can resolve the problem. Please include the browser you are using, as well.

I have bought an GMAT prep exam pack2 in 9.17, and I practiced the 2 tests in 9.18 and 9.19. I saw my score right there in my screen and every functions are well.
However, when I open the prep software today, I found the exam pack2 and the history(I didn’t even review my incorrect questions) disappeared.The settings——installed contend reveals that it is not activated, I tried to re-enter the code, but it said the code had been used, I tried to deactivate， but the system shows it was not licensed.
Until now, I can not use this pack2 or even check my history or check my incorrect questions I answered.
I need your help, thank you.

是下载免费的那个模考软件不是你买的pack 2.如果还是不行我也不知道了~

I took a look at your code and I see that your Exam Pack was activated a few times and deactivated as well. I can also see that you are currently attempting to activate on a new device. If you have updated/upgraded operating systems, then it will act as a new activation with a different computer ID as well. You will need to deactivate this pack from one of your previous computers in order to activate it again. You will also need to deactivate this pack before your computer goes through any upgrades for the operating system.
