答案是D。


题目不难理解，但我就一个问题，它原文里已经说了adults都是普遍接种过疫苗了，那D选项哪怕小孩能把这个病传染给大人，那也不会有事情啊。取非之后原文结果还是成立的啊。


我做的时候看下来觉得没一个答案是对的，反而还觉得B选项比D好一点。
